"With the warm weather quickly upon us, I began looking through my old recipe books for cool and invigorating dessert ideas. To my surprise, I still have several of the same old ideas I've been using for the past few years. Do you have anything new? What would you suggest trying?"



When summer rolls around every year I do the same thing; I look for cool desserts to whip together when I am entertaining family and friends. Nothing helps beat the warm weather like a nice refreshing dessert that cools the inner body core. I normally go for something that involves ice cream; however, I am in the mood for trying new ideas myself, so I have put together a little recipe book on Italian Desserts.



Italian desserts are a delicacy. Many of these recipes come straight from Italy. It just so happens that I have who is stationed over there with her husband at Aviano Air Base. When I told her what I had in mind for this recipe book, she spared no expense gathering the content needed to complete this project. Several of the recipes found here are authentic.
