"I just enrolled with my daughter to try out these essential oil products. As part of my enrollment gift I was given a small bottle of Fennel essential oil. I don't want to look like I'm out of the loop by asking my daughter questions, so could you give me some advice on what this can be used for?"

Fennel essential oil has many uses. One of my favorite uses for this oil is in baking. A single drop of fennel can add an invigorating new taste to the item being made. Fennel is sweet, which is why it works well in baking. It can also be used to support a healthy digestive tract as well, and has been known to work wonders with the upper respiratory system.



Fennel is also a natural gas reliever and will assist with alleviating symptoms associated with cramping and constipation. This is an essential oil that can be used for a number of things, which makes it one of top essential oils on my list.
