Fruit salads are a fabulous addition to any summer gathering. They keep well in the heat, as long as they are kept in the shade, and there really is no end in sight when it comes to experimenting with different ideas and ingredients.



I have included several of my personal favorites in this recipe book, as well as several dozen that were sent in to me when I put out a request for unusual Fruit Salad recipes from my readers. I am confident that my current list of recipe book fans will enjoy several of the varieties listed in the recipe book.
