The outfit Technasia is a collaboration between Amil Khan (manager of the label Technasia) from Hong Kong and Charles Siegling from France. Having met in Hong Kong some years back, they felt it was time to put South East Asia on the world map in terms of the production of electronic dance music. They have been exposed to a variety of electronic music from abroad and have been influenced in their works by early electronic sounds from the likes of the Yellow Magic Orchestra, Coil, Xymox & Depeche Mode, yet the working philosophy for Technasia is to create a sound identifiable with Asia, to transmit a subliminal message depicting imagery that reflects life and existence in the Orient. 19 tracks.
