Transformation Colin Stranahan

This is Colin Stranahan's second release for Capri. His first CD, "Dreams Untold" (CAP #74063), was recorded when he was only 17 years old. Now 19, Colin was awarded the Brubeck Scholarship and studies at the Brubeck Institute, the Presidential Scholarship of the Arts Award and the Betty Carter Fellowship Award. Performing with him are other gifted young musicians - Pascal and Remy Le Boeuf, Dominic Theroux (fellow Brubeck scholarship winner), Michael Bailey (who played on Colin's 1st CD). Features guest appearances by veteran trumpeter Greg Gisbert and Colin's dad, Jim Stranahan.
