Midnight Son

Drama following a young man with a rare skin condition who develops a craving for human blood. Jacob (Zak Kilberg) has suffered all his life from an illness which sees him react badly to sunlight. Having found work as a security guard on night shift he is able to make ends meet, but it is a lonely existence and he longs for human company.

He meets Mary (Maya Parish) and their tentative but passionate romance appears to promise a brighter future. However, suddenly Jacob's condition worsens and he finds the only thing that helps alleviate the symptoms is drinking human blood. With a series of gruesome murders having taken place in the area recently, Jacob finds himself at the forefront of a police investigation and struggling to explain his erratic behaviour...
