Following the death of her father, Stockholm police investigator Eva Thörnblad (Moa Gammel) returns to her hometown of Silverhöjd where her daughter disappeared seven years previously and was believed to have drowned. Determined to use her time there to continue her investigations, Eva's search takes an unexpected turn when more of the town's children mysteriously disappear in the same forest as her daughter.
