It's a special gift, one that makes investigator Makoto Midorikawa a unique and invaluable asset for the Metropolitan Police Force. Unfortunately, it can also get Makoto involved in things far beyond the scope of normal police work. When he touches a ring worn by the sole survivor of a catastrophic explosion, the memories unleashed launch him into a deadly game of cat and mouse against a massive worldwide conspiracy.
