(It's easier than you think). *That Understanding what your child is feeling is because of the thoughts. What they're thinking about school or anything else can be processed and kept OR we can change their thoughts just slightly to help how they feel.*The Brain is Tricky! But we have the power to tell it what to do and it will do it!*The Power of Standing Like a Super Hero. Do this with your kids every day and see the difference it makes!*Teach your kids how to be Resourceful! This will empower them to do anything. Too often we look for answers outside of ourselves when the answer we need can be found inside.*Understand the power of Resilience! Things will happen this school year and throughout life that we can't control. But if we teach our kids how to be resilient, there's no stopping them from succeeding.
