Without her knowing that the King in fact was falling in love with her. Her thoughts and the way she expresses herself conquered the King's heart without her scarcely knowing. How could a modest maiden manage to assist a grand ball with no economic resources? That's when her fairy godmother appears and miraculously transforms her reality into a dream come true.
