My Accountability Partner is a performance journal that provides the necessary activities to help transitioning ex-prisoners set goals and align their goals with their ideal journey for reentering into society. The purpose of this performance journal is to help reentering ex-prisoners build a system of goal setting. The goal of the performance journal is to help ex-prisoners set their aim on future goals, examine their situation, and change their conduct, behaviors, and actions, and gain a sense of accomplishment through short-term successes, wins, and weekly celebrations. Consisting of 100 activities, the performance planner takes ex-prisoners on a day-to-day goal-oriented journey where they systematically plan for their future in an organized way.
