Strategy Management: A Pictorial Review of the Strategy Management Process is the second book about the ADEM Strategy Management Model (ADEM model). The book provides an interesting and brief overview of the competitive strategy management process. The book uses pictures to visually communicate the steps in the strategy management process including brief descriptions that provide clarity of the process. The book is used as a quick visual guide for leaders and strategy managers to reference as they apply the ADEM model in their firm. The goal of the book is twofold: 1) to assist leaders by increasing their depth of knowledge and application of the strategy management process and 2) to re-invigorate and encourage leaders across industries to return to strategic management.
