Life. Sometimes it's amazing, exciting and unexpected. Other times it really sucks. That is simply the way things work. It can't always be cupcakes and rainbows, but if you don't learn from the demons they will take you alive and screaming. Believe me, they will try. A different type of story telling that will keep you entertained and returning for more, Happy Monday is a journal of sorts. A book that had no expectation, no path, that takes the reader into the light, into the dark, and hopefully into yourself. It is a story of life, as told by the person living it, deep, personal and at times, triggering. There are embellishments for the sake of telling the story, and there are beautiful, personal truths as well. Happy Monday was not meant to guide, was not meant to uplift, was not meant to see the world as it is going to now. It was meant to be therapy for a lost soul, just trying to get past Monday. It became so much more than that. It's about life. The ups and downs, the dreams, wishes and nightmares. It's about finding yourself in a world that wants you to be a copy of the rest. It's about waking up and not being sure if you like what you find, but waking up regardless because somebody needs you to.
