This workbook is dealing with an issue that many people are fighting. Mental Health is a real problem, and we need real help and answers. In this book, I will take you on the journey of my battle with my mind; tell you how I almost took my life because I suffered in silence. I had to start dealing with some tough questions and seeking real answers. God helped me to put things in proper perspective. He gave me the strength and the wisdom to seek Him and a counselor. Yes, you can have God and a counselor too. God used a counselor to help me face some questions I needed to bring before Him. I'm constantly seeking God in regard to healing my mind and purifying my thoughts. So, get ready to answer some tough questions and be truthful. I pray that God will do for you what he did for me.
