D. C. Fat Joe was well admired by many people all over the Washington DC area. He ran a very established drug operation called, The 007 Crew. Fat Joe and his young goons helped pave the way to his success. Fat Joe's personal hit man, Wayne, was well regarded. Other street thugs maintained their distance because Wayne was known for putting in serious work.

Wise, an old timer was the leader of The D. C. Bad Boyz. Wise had no picks at all, and his motto was to seek and kill by any means necessary.
The lead D. C. Homicide detective was, Janice. She was tall and sexy, and she ran D. C.'s Homicide Unit with an iron fist. Janice had her best detectives working Amanda's murder case, which the media and her family members sought answers for. Detective Franks was a white man with a vicious street reputation. Franks and his partner were known for bringing down some of Washington D. C.'s most ruthless and hard-core thugs.

The D. C. Bad Boyz surged to control and run the streets, alarm the FBI and force them to take over the case. In an effort to bring down this ruthless crew, The D. C. Bad Boyz were tagged as the most notorious street villains by the FBI.
