In a dynamic context such as today's, leadership must be built in motion, with high adaptability. In this sense, predictive leadership strategies lose space for organic, light performances and without "relevant vices". It is extremely convenient to have a number of skills and competencies that allow one to stand out in a social and organizational world, but such attributes do not have the capacity to influence people and obtain results when isolated.
