Tactile Display Using Led: Vibro Tactile Display for Blinds Qasim Khan

The goal of this project is to give better quality of life for the visually impaired personnel. The main objective of this project is to describe about the wearable device that converts visual information into a tactile signal, but we minimize this project by using dot matrix display instead of using the tactile display because of the unavailability of the device. Generally the visual sense of any image provides a very complex set of information about the surrounding environmental area, and particularly it informs about an organism about their positions and properties of an objects in the world.
