Improved Adaptive Gain Equalizer for Speech Enhancement Nettem Adithya Valli

In this work a novel method Modulation Domain Adaptive Gain Equalizer for single channel speech enhancement has been introduced, which focuses on speech enhancement rather than suppressing the noise. Modulation decomposition of speech signals brought the idea of modulation system which is helpful in modelling speech and other signals. This method is proved to advantageous and robust as it doesn't include the Voice Activity Detector(VAD) which makes it simple.
