Raymond is a young man, who has almost left his traumatic past behind him. The one lasting memory of it, is his mother Eve, who abused and neglected him. When she betrays him even more by stealing from him and taking off he has nothing but revenge on his mind. The Stewart firm which his dad Glen is head of is becoming increasingly powerful, and Eve is put on the back burner. As time passes, Eve believes nobody knows where she is, and that she has escaped punishment. Feeling confident, she commits another particularly, evil act, which brings somebody to her door, who she thought she'd never see again.
