Scratchings South Shire Scribble Sisters

This collection contains works of eleven women who meet twice monthly and write together. Inspired by author Ellen Perry Berkeley's memoir writing workshop, these women have spent the past year exploring their own pasts, uncovering memories, and putting them into words on paper. The results range from remembered images caught in poetry to memories of our grandmothers, tales of childhood adventures, searches for our ancestors, and tributes to our quiet heroes.
