While investigating the death of his father in a suspicious car accident and adjusting to his new life as a cattle rancher in Upstate New York, Frank Reynolds, retired U. S. M. C. Special Ops Captain happens upon a ruthless gang of Russian drug dealers. With the help of two of his former Lieutenants, our new hero Frank helps State and local authorities and DEA agents gather evidence to bring down the Russians, culminating in a Halloween surprise for the gangsters.
