Dreams don't have to be on hold until you become an adult. Deja, Trenise, and Shauna know this better than any other 14 year old. The outgoing, confident teens meet during freshmen orientation and immediately form a friendship. After realizing how creative they all are, the teens decide to start a YouTube channel to inspire other teens to do the same. The Gonnabe's is a book to inspire black teen girls to dream big no matter their circumstances. They are not wannabes, they are sure they are GONNABE successful when they grow up.
