The Man Who Ordered The Gooseberry Pie is a collection of poems about Megan Joy's grandfather who passed away from stage 4 cancer. She was very close with him all throughout her childhood and wanted to share her experience and feelings through poetry. This is an emotional collection and will have you definitely reaching for the tissues. By sharing her experience she hopes to help out those in a similar situation and to give an inside look to how cancer affects families as a whole.
