A Realm of Light Andrea Sanchez

A Realm of Light is a vibrant and powerful journey that shows children what it means to choose to live in joy. To live with love, spirt, connection and nature.

Our world is a magical, mystical place, and nature has the amazing ability to help us regenerate and recharge. To bring us back to ourselves. But how do we teach this idea to our children? When so much of our modern life closes us off from using nature meditation for health, it's hard to show our children its value.

A Realm of Light steps beyond other trendy books to change mindset and mindfulness to help, by catering to the younger generation. To help children reconnect with nature through a beautifully illustrated and relatable story.

Liah strives to help those around her live their lives in the light. When she befriends Kai, she discovers he lives in the darkness. He has lost his sense of joy and happiness. Kai and Liah's adventures in nature help them reconnect with their internal light and the world that surrounds them, and they realize that joy is always there for them to experience.

As Liah and Kai discover the grounding abilities of being present in their surroundings together, they will help your children see and celebrate the joy of their little corner of Earth.

Author Andrea Sanchez was inspired by the classic The Little Soul and the Sun by Neale Donald in crafting her children's book on spirituality, A Realm of Light. This children's book on finding happiness follows the same themes as I Am Peace: A Book of Mindfulness by Susan Verde and Grumpy Ninja by Mary Nhin, with a style more suited for older kids than these books.
