Waiting for the Dawn 2022
Maggie Shaw
Novellist Maggie Shaw reveals more of her past in this thoughtfully assembled collection of her poems written over the years, from her time as a teenage run-away in London, her years living in West Cumbria and Scotland, to her present life in Cheshire. 'Waiting for the Dawn' is her first full poetry collection, with the poems covering seven themes: Love, Life, Depression, Faith and Recovery, Stories, People and Places, and Humour. The volume includes commentaries and photo illustrations to enrich the presentation of her poems.
