Hong Kong is a double-sided map in scale 1:9.000/1:55.000, printed on waterproof paper. Hong Kong remains a strong tourist destination for international visitors. Not only is it a principal gateway into China, it has its own heritage attractions and interesting points of interest. As in previous versions, this map is double-sided with one side showing the heavily urbanized Kowloon and Central areas from Mong Kok south to the Peak Tram route> Ferry route to outlying islands and to Macau are also shown and significant buildings named. The famous escalator to Mid-Levels is also shown. The reverse side of the map shows the entire Hong Kong Special Area (the island of Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories). This includes the new airport, Disneyland, the transit and rail network joining different urban areas together, and minor islands making up parts of Hong Kong rarely visited by tourists, but very interesting to those wanting to experience local life.
