This Word Recognition book has been written for the fifth grade level. It contains irregular consonant sounds and irregular consonant digraph sounds. It contains work with vowel digraphs, vowel diphthongs, prefixes, suffixes, and base words. It also contains work with compound words, possessives, and contractions. Stories for reading comprehension have also been included along with dictionary skills and internet skills. A glossary is provided to help the student be self-sufficient. The answer key is included for the teacher.
