This book is specifically designed for coaching ages 3-6 and can be used for all sports. Stone and Upton believe in laying a foundation at a young age by introducing children to sports and teaching them proper technique from the start. The content within this Skill Manual provides coaches with the necessary framework to encourage a child's passion for a sport that later in life will allow them to become a future athlete.
