This book is filled with poems and a short story giving readers a look into many of the life moments that turned me into Rachel Nicole. From my childhood, to teenage love, parenthood, marriage, depression, divorce and finding new love. Along with the poems come the life lessons I learned along the way. Through affirmations and positive reinforcement I was able to regain control of my life.
