Innerstanding of Oneself is intended to be ajourney into oneself. It is meant to guide the reader to a deeper innerstanding of oneself as not an individual that is divided in duality, but rather a being that is one with all. Each chapter is a reflection of each of the seven main energy centers of the body and instills the feelings of each one as the reader goes on. The pictures are meant to be meditated upon as one reads as a tool for healing and self-discovery. The book itself will unravel parts of oneself yet to be fully discovered.
