Elaine graduated from Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She continued her theological studies at Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma, majoring in Christian Education. In 2002, she was ordained by Faith Christian Fellowship International in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was on staff at the Oral Roberts Evangelistic Association. She ministered as a prayer partner for Oral and Richard Roberts. She prayed for the sick, all over the world, and personally witnessed many healings and miracles.
