Ericka Cain is a tough, hard-nosed cop working the mean streets of Spokane, WA. She would say she's boring herself to death in a small city with very little action. The next assignment her captain is putting her on, transporting a prisoner across country, may prove to offer the type of action she has so desperately been seeking.
