Sophia is a beautiful seven-year-old girl. The story starts on the first day of summer vacation. The day is full of normal activities, like eating breakfast, playing with her dog Abby, going to gymnastics practice, and then having lunch with her mom and sister. The day takes a turn when Sophia is playing with two of her friends and they decide to travel to the community pool without their parents? permission. When an accident happens, Sophia has to display courage and quick action and save one of her friends from drowning. On her way home, she gets lost and finds herself in the woods with a family of wolves. What happens next is a wonderful adventure. During an entire days? adventure, Sophia has many decisions and actions that she bases on her life's experiences and especially from what her mom and dad have taught her.
