Caterpillar in a Cornfield (Brubaker Acres) (Volume 1) Alisha Brubaker 第1 版

God has a good and loving plan for each and every one of us?a truth that is hard to trust when we can?t see what the future holds. In Caterpillar in a Cornfield, Alisha Brubaker creates an unexpected hero who shows children how important it is to trust God with their futures.

Delightfully illustrated with vibrant, full-page pictures by Amy Berga, the story follows young Caterpillar as he sets off on his first adventure through Brubaker Acres. As the rhyming tale unfolds, Caterpillar meets a ladybug and an ant, whose abilities and skills are easy to see. Caterpillar knows that he may not be as quick and strong as his new friends, but he believes that he?s important just as he is?and that it?s worth waiting patiently for what God has in store for him.

While parents will appreciate Caterpillar?s heartfelt spiritual message, kids will love his cheery and optimistically adventurous spirit, as well as the fun images that brighten his story. Both will be glad to know that this is the first in the ongoing Brubaker Acres series.
