Another Door Opens: Through the Power of Story: Open Doors, Open Hearts, Open Minds. (Volume 1) Stephanie Himango 第1 版

Have you wondered who lives or works behind the doors you pass by every day? Have you been curious about people's lives, stories and the lessons they've learned? In Another Door Opens, author Stephanie Himango traveled around and interviewed people of all backgrounds and documented portions of their life stories. In this series of short, real-life stories, there is a common thread of growth, resilience and perseverance. Meet a former crack cocaine dealer who is now a boxer, a life-long diabetic who defies the disease with humor and style and a woman who was first eligible to vote in a national election at age 56. These people, among the others featured in this collection of short stories, share a piece of themselves so that we may all participate in the shared experience and lessons of life.
