Cityscape: a Novel Andrew Noles

"In a city like this, everyone has a story to tell..."

The cars rush past as people gather on the corner waiting to cross, music from a nearby café playing behind the chatter of the crowd. Horns honk, the lights change and the crowd disperses. Their brief time together has passed, though this everyday moment will join a collection of countless others, all playing into the one big picture of which everyone is a part... the Cityscape.

Jade takes a side job that could be the answer to her prayers, assuming it doesn't land her in jail first. Tyler finds himself caught in an on-again-off-again relationship with no end in sight. Brannon moves home; Simon moves on. And Chelle hosts a party that could change everyone's lives forever. Students face growing up, a family of tenants fight to save their building and a mysterious newcomer brings together a community in Old Town.

These are the stories of the young and the old, the wild nights spent out on the town and the quiet moments shared between friends. These are the stories of the city, from the ghostly manor in Garden Park to the ruins of the Southside Pier and the Tuesday night tradition that ties them all together. These are the stories of the Cityscape.
