This is a no-holds-barred exposure to painful as well as joyful thoughts, feelings, and experiences that he believes came to teach and to heal. He learned many things along the way, including the intricately close connection between body, mind and spirit, and what he could do to introduce healing harmony to that connection. This was a journey of life revisited, with nothing held too sacred to be reappraised, re-accepted, or discarded. Both cancer and spirit were healed beyond anything he could have imagined.
