While the pain we endured affected us both, the paths we chose were quite different. My sister chose the path that led to suicide. As a result, my path has been given more meaning. Through the insights gleaned from my sister's audio therapy session recordings and written journal entries, and the healing work I have done on my own journey, I am determined to help others begin the healing process that is so important when dealing with their own childhood trauma.
