World Citizen 'Fulbert' joins the Soul Notes camp with an excellent release which is quite in the deep and raw end of House music. After remixes for labels such as Local Talk and Remote' Fulbert now comes up with his most personal works to date. 'Rawthentic City EP' contains raw and edgy pads with just as sharp drums which deliver a sort of calm but yet nervous vibe which is listenable and danceable at the same time. With three perfectly balanced productions Fulbert captures a moment in time and creates an excellent mesmerizing timeframe within his career. The closing track Exodus is something different. True spiritual house music that tells a story without spoken words.
