Launched as a new platform for Marc’s solo and collaborative productions, Dissonant has already impressed with its first brace of releases. The debut “Rootz” EP and its follow up, Marc & Re-Up’s “The Owl” found instant success and have gone to become staple set moments for many. “Not the Fool” sees Marc once again showcase his unnerving ability for bringing together the finest and slightest of sounds and teasing them together, layer upon layer to create musical magic. “Not The Fool” is yet another Antona production where the piercing top end playfully toys with a floor shaking bass. And his layering skills ensure that the tracks organically develops throughout. This is true heads down, locked on material.
