To tell this story, Lacy spends six weeks in six different cities around the world -- London, England; Tel Aviv, Israel; Kigali, Rwanda; Mumbai, India; Beijing, China and Guadalajara, Mexico -- that are standing on the brink of economic and political opportunity and volatility.
