Having created a buzz in the British music press with the three singles '22 Grand Job', 'Strasbourg' & 'Work, Work, Work', London four piece The Rakes release their debut album Capture/Release. Produced by Paul Epworth (Bloc Party, The Futureheads, Maximo Park) the album sees the band taking inspiration from the likes of Joy Division and Wire, mixing angular guitar lines with punky, garage like rock. This pressing includes the bonus track 'All Too Human'. V2. 2006.
