Singers Nouvelle Vague

Nouvelle Vague is one of the most interesting projects performing covers. The simple

formula of recreating famous pop/wave songs from bands in the 80's was so genius

and perfect that Nouvelle Vague become a huge success worldwide with hundred of

thousands records sold and six year of continuous extensive tour.

"The Singers" project originally started to be planned in 2007, but at the time most of

the singers who worked with the band didn't had songs of their own so it was not possible

to do it at that time. During the past three years more new singers joined the

band and the compilation gained form and the final result for 2011 is a high quality selection

of music with exclusive and unreleased songs.

Olivier Libaux & Marc Collin aka Nouvelle Vague have worked over the years with various

high profile singers. This CD-set 'The Singers' features the voices of Melanie Pain

(i.e. singer in 'Ever Fallen In Love'), Phoebe Killdeer (i.e. singer in 'Dancing With Myself'),

Marina Celeste (i.e. singer in 'Our Lips Are Sealed'), Sophie Delila (i.e. singer in

'Say Hello Wave Goodbye'), Eloisia (i.e. singer in 'Love Will Tear Us Apart'), Camille

(i.e. singer in 'Guns Of Brixton'), Nadeah Miranda (i.e. singer in 'Parade'), Gerald Toto

(i.e. singer in 'Fade To Grey'), Karina Zeviani (i.e. singer in 'Heaven'), Shane Halligan,

and Helena Noguerra.
