Grass, a trio that some say has been working hard for years to 'keep Austin weird', is fronted by Jarle, (pronounced 'Yarley') a 6'7'superstar...a singing, songwriting guitar god! Grass is his Creation...and it is GOOD. Have you ever seen a band that switches instruments around to be funny? Well these guys do it for real! Half the show is Mo on bass and Jarle on guitar, and the other half is Jarle on bass and Mo on guitar... and it works! Brilliantly I might add. Carlos Lopez, veteran drummer, and his monstrous rig he calls 'The Beast'.... effortlessly wrangles the complex rhythms of Grass.
