Virginia is for lovers, and no one man more aptly personifies this sexy assertion better than Kevin Kelley. Born in the northern portion of the Old Dominion, he grew up playing music around the Washington D.C. metro area. Now residing in the states capitol of Richmond, Kevin performs, writes and records whenever possible. His accomplishments include winning the Battle of the Bands title at both Nicks and the Firehouse in Northern Virginia and winning the Richmond Idol Search last year. He also opened for James Taylor at Merewether Post Pavilion with a gloriously reviewed all acoustic set. He has just finished his latest recording at Sound of Music Studios with great collaboration from Miguel Urbiztondo, Bryan Hoffa and Susan Greenbaum. His inspiration is his faith, his wife Claire and his dogs, Beatrice and Finley Pete.
