The Nine plays a great blend of hard-edged electronic music with melodic vocals. This debut album has already built a lot of anticipation for future releases from this hidden British treasure. Beats and hooks on this album often border on aggressive and at times even EBM-esque. Not much fluff here! Most tracks follow the formula of building up slowly to a climatic chorus.
