Drama starring Robert Conrad as Col. Joe Knox, a 'forced to retire' Marine Corps fighter pilot. After getting his wings clipped, Knox is press ganged into taking the job of overseeing a troubled junior military academy.

Thomas 'Top' Tuttle (Red West) is his over-the-top, loyal companion, whose role is to help transform the various troublemakers, jokers and rogues into a well-oiled machine in time to win a major competition against another nearby academy. The main problem is he has only two weeks to do it.
