American thriller starring Ted Raimi, Ricki Lake and Traci Lords. Dennis Skinner (Raimi) commits a series of gory killings on a number of prostitutes which he justifies as a result of his disturbing childhood. However, his mild-mannered demeanour means he goes about his life without coming under any suspicions.

When he rents an apartment from Kerry Tate (Lake) he takes a liking to her and has his sights on her being his next victim but tracking Dennis is Heidi (Lords), a prostitute who escaped his clutches, who is determined to exact revenge upon him.
