Japanese exclusive 'Premium Box' features the special edition two DVD set (NTSC/Region 2 requires an All Code player to view) which includes extras unavailable on the American pressing, a hard back personal organizer, an brushed metal embossed cigarette case, an empty perfume bottle that carries the Chicago logo, netted tights packaged in a Chicago labeled bag, & a high quality bonus booklet with loads of photo's and information (in Japanese). The lavish black box (8 x 10 x 6 inches approximately) with attached lid is housed in a slipcase.
