Earth, Wind And Fire was the brainchild of Maurice White, an ex-session drummer who recorded with everyone from Chuck Berry to John Coltrane. The band's sound incorporated elements of R'n'B, jazz, rock, funk, traditional African, Latin, and just about every other kind of music. Noted for their spectacularly elaborate stage shows, this live 1990 concert in Japan is no exception.
